Obiettivi formativi
Il corso si propone di fornire gli strumenti cognitivi necessari per realizzare progetti di comunicazione ambientale e territoriale in genere. In particolare, si svilupperanno soprattutto le conoscenze relative alla comunicazione di rischi ambientali.
The main aim of the course is to supply the students with the required knowledge to realize communication projects regarding environment and regions in general. In particular the course will be focused on the communication of environmental risks.- Oggetto:
Programma
Il corso è composto essenzialmente di tre parti:
- una parte introduttiva, in cui si dovranno acquisire le conoscenze di base della sociologia dell’ambiente, necessarie per affrontare i temi e i problemi che verranno via via presentati
- una parte di approfondimento della sociologia del rischio, con particolare riferimento al rischio ambientale: principali teorie del rischio, valutazione dei rischio, teorie della percezione del rischio; i problemi dell’informazione scientifica; comportamenti a fronte del rischio (opposizioni, conflitti ecc.)
- una parte in cui si cercheranno di impostare possibili progetti di comunicazione del rischio ambientale
La didattica sarà di tipo frontale (lezioni) e seminariale (esercitazioni).
Gli studenti frequentanti e non frequentanti potranno partecipare a incontri con esperti e redigere una relazione che verrà valutata ai fini del voto finale.
Gli studenti frequentanti sono tenuti a presentare una tesina su un caso/aspetto specifico di comunicazione ambientale, che verrà valutata ai fini del voto finale.
L’esame sarà oraleIl corso può essere reiterato. Il programma deve essere concordato con la docente
The course is consisting essentially of three parts:
- an introductory part focused on supplying the basic knowledge of environmental sociology, in order to analyse following topics and problems illustrated in the course
- a part focused on risks sociology, with particular reference to environmental risks: main risk theories, risk evaluation, theories of risk perception; communication of the science; risk perception and behaviour (reaction, conflicts etc.)
- a part aimed at realizing likely projects on communication of environmental risks
The course will employ lectures and seminars/exercitations.
The attenders and the other students could attend conferences of experts and write a report that will be evaluated inside the final score.
The attenders are bound to write a short paper on a case study or on a problem regarding the environmental communication. That will be evaluated inside the final score.
The exam will be oral.The course can be reiterate. The program must be agreed with the professor.
